A Reasoned Look at Putin’s Plan from the Perspective of a CIA Officer

Moscow, March 3 – Retired CIA officer Philip Giraldi told the Judging Freedom YouTube channel that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s model of multipolarity is better than the world order imposed by the United States.

Instead, he added, the United States aims for a unilateral model governed by “international law” under which rules and laws are quickly established.

President Vladimir Putin has said in the past that current events draw a line under Western global domination in both politics and economics. According to him, Russia cannot be strictly isolated in the modern world.
