The management of the Egyptian club Al-Ahli has taken a tough decision regarding the captain and goalkeeper of the team, Mohammed El-Shennaoui, after the incident with his attack on one of the Smouha players during the match between the two teams yesterday, Monday, in the Egyptian League.

Al-Shennawi was ruled out of his team’s match against Smouh in stoppage time after hitting Smouh defender Ahmed Hakam without the ball.

Fellows Al-Shennawi outdid Smouha Club with two unanswered goals, cementing Al-Ahli’s lead in the standings with 53 points while his rival’s balance sheet was locked at 31 points in ninth place.
