The document contains 5 recommendations that Barcelona requested from Negrera, namely:

1- The Competition Committee, which is responsible for disciplinary sanctions against players, is not only made up of referees from the city of Madrid.

2. Barcelona should have a joint conversation with the Spanish Football Federation to take care of the institutional relationship.

4- Inform or advise on any visit to the facility by the RFEF or referee committee.

5- Inform the club of possible interests or disagreements between the Spanish Federation and La Liga.
