Bloomberg reported that Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk, who also owns Twitter, has returned to the top spot among the world’s rich.
The agency indicated that Musk’s fortune is currently estimated at $187.1 billion, and he is ahead of the head of the LVMH group of companies Bernard Arnault, whose fortune is estimated at $185.3 billion.
Musk has returned to the center of the rich as a result of a 70% rise in Tesla’s share price after hitting a low in January last year, according to Bloomberg.
The increase in demand for Tesla electric cars after their price cuts also contributed to Musk’s wealth.
