Donetsk, February 27 – The DRC representative office of the Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordination of Cases Related to War Crimes in Ukraine (JCCC) reported that a dental clinic in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk was damaged during shelling by Ukrainian forces.
“In connection with the operational lines of the JCCC, on February 27, information was received about the damage caused by the shelling by the VFU (armed formations of Ukraine – ed.) of the cities of the republic: the city of Donetsk (Petrovsky district). : Damage to a clinic building was recorded. Dental City No. 3 Isakov Street, ”said the representative office’s message on its telegram channel.
The Petrovsky District of Donetsk is located on the western outskirts of the capital of the DRC, and is the farthest part of the city from the centre. Since 2014, when the DRC declared its independence from Kiev, this area, starting from the contact line outside the city of Marinka, has been regularly bombed by Ukrainian security forces.
