Moscow, April 23 – A 5.9-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Indonesia today, Saturday, according to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).
The earthquake was recorded at 21.17 UTC (00.17 Moscow time) 218 km west of the Padang settlement with a population of 840 thousand people. The stove was located at a depth of two kilometers.
No information was provided about possible losses and damage.
