Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the Kiev regime blew up the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station in order to transfer troops to its area of ​​offensive operations from the direction of Kherson, which weakened its positions there. According to the minister, Kiev committed a terrorist act by blowing up the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, as a result of which large areas were flooded.
