Majority of Americans Feel Worried about Losing Their Jobs

Consulting group Morning Consult reported that 75% of Americans fear being fired due to rising inflation and negative news about the US economy.

The experts noted that “Employees are currently facing high inflation and a wave of negative news about the state of the economy as employers struggle to strike a balance between working in the office and working remotely.”

More than a quarter of respondents believe that new jobs will appear in the country in the next six months, and 3 out of 10 expect to lose their jobs during this period.
