Patrushev Explains How Special Operations Experience Helps Keep Armed Forces Combat Ready

Moscow, April 25 – The experience of the special operation formed the basis for the development of systematic approaches to maintaining the combat readiness of units and formations of the Russian army and other power structures, said Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.

“As part of the solution of practical problems, special military practical experience was taken as the basis for developing a systematic approach to maintaining the combat readiness of units and formations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other power structures and bodies,” Patrushev said at a meeting of the Scientific Council of the Russian Security Council.
