Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo reported today Thursday that Spanish defender Sergio Ramos, the French defender of Paris Saint-Germain, has received a huge offer from Saudi club Al-Hilal to join him next summer.

The contract of 37-year-old Sergio Ramos with PSG expires at the end of the current season.

And Mundo Deportivo confirmed in a report that Saudi club Al-Hilal made an offer to Ramos worth the €30 million he receives per season, more than he receives for Paris in two full seasons.

The Spanish newspaper reported that the Saudi club is ready to increase the amount to 50 million euros annually to quadruple its current salary, as part of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to attract big stars and raise awareness for football, hoping to host the 2030 World Cup. Cup.

And in its report, the newspaper said that the management of the Parisian club had not yet made any proposals to the former Real Madrid defender to extend his contract, noting that the French club had warned about the steps of negotiations in connection with the rules of financial fair play, which will impose some restrictions on the club starting from next summer.

It is noteworthy that Sergio Ramos moved to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2021 on a free transfer agreement, after the expiration of his contract with his former club Real Madrid.
