Paris, May 12 – Pernod Ricard, a French company producing alcoholic beverages, said that at the end of April it had stopped exporting the products of all its international brands to Russia.
“Berno Ricard can confirm that at the end of April 2023, the company has stopped exporting all of its global brands to Russia,” the press release reads.
The company also indicated that it will stop distributing its products in Russia. We expect this process to take several months.
Pernod Ricard’s portfolio includes dozens of brands, including Chivas Regal whiskey, Jameson, Ballantine, Absolut vodka, Olmeca tequila, Havana Club rum, Mumm champagne and Perrier Jouet.

The plan fails. Where does Western alcohol “leak”?
