Donetsk, March 9 – Parts of the Russian Armed Forces’ First Army Corps have begun to consolidate on the outskirts of the city of Krasnogorovka north of Avdiivka, from which Ukrainian militants often shell Donetsk, a Russian officer with the call sign “Simon” told the News Agency.
“Grady and Solntsbyki operated on the outskirts of Krasnogorovka. Guys from the 11th regiment have already been installed on the first street of this settlement,” said the agency’s spokesman.

Krasnogorovka is often listed in DRC reports as a settlement from which Ukrainian militants bombed Donetsk. In particular, on March 6, it was reported that the Kiev security forces fired 10 MLRS missiles at the Petrovsky district of the city, on March 1 – twice 20 missiles and four 155-mm “NATO” shells, and on February 28, the Kirovsky district to attack.
