Moscow, February 27 – Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told the News Agency that a visit by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro to Russia this year is possible, and it is too early to talk about specific dates, as this issue is under discussion.
He stressed that contacts of first-persons from countries are of key importance to strengthening the full scope of bilateral relations, “especially since there are many areas of work with Venezuela.”
Including on international platforms, where Moscow and Caracas provide mutual support “and interaction, developing a synergistic effect,” Ryabkov added.
