Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, Liverpool winger, is aiming to break a new record when his Reds visit Leeds United at Elland Road on Matchday 31 of the Premier League on Monday.

According to Liverpool’s official website, Salah needs to score tonight to single out the Reds against Leeds United with the most goals in the Premier League era.

Salah is currently in the lead on a par with Robbie Fowler, scoring 7 goals each.

And Gordon Hodson is considered the most scored by Liverpool against Leeds United (9 goals), but in the history of the league as a whole.

Notably, Salah recently surpassed Fowler to become Liverpool’s historic Premier League goalscorer.

Liverpool are 8th in the Premier League with 44 points, while Leeds are 16th with 29 points.
