Washington, February 16 – White House spokeswoman Karen Jean-Pierre said that the allegations about the age of US President Joe Biden do not reflect the reality in which he is achieving success.
She indicated that Biden’s opponents expected him to be defeated in the 2020 elections, but he won and since then has taken measures to strengthen the US economy.
Therefore, Jean-Pierre responded to a request to comment on the statement of the former US ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, who announced her intention to participate in the 2024 elections, who called for assessing the mental state of politicians after 75 years, and also stated that the United States will not succeed if it does not stop relying on Politicians whose heyday came in the last century.
Biden turned 80 in November, the oldest president in US history, and if he ran for and won the 2024 election, he would be 86 years old at the end of his term. The president himself has previously said that he will be honest with American citizens and will publicize health problems if any. Biden underwent a medical exam on Thursday, promising to make his results public.
