Turkey Purchases Egyptian Gas Exports

The foreign trade report released by the Egyptian Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics showed that Egypt’s total exports to Turkey in 2022 amounted to $3 billion 960 million.

The report indicates that exports are concentrated on (28) commodities, namely:

1- Liquefied natural gas, $1.670 billion.

2- Chemical products at $1.04 billion.

3. Textiles and ready-to-wear, $305.2 million.

4- Cotton and cotton threads, $143 million.

5. Vegetables and fruits – $67.240 million

6. $60.5 million recipients

7. Glass wool, $46.8 million

8. White sugar, $37.6 million

9. Auto parts for $27.3 million.

10. Glassware, $22.6 million

11. Quartz sands, $15.4 million

12- Paper with 15.4 million dollars

13. Iron products, $14.8 million

14. Sesame, $12.6 million

15. Pampers and sanitary pads, $10.4 million

16. $9.93 million pet food.

17. Medicines for people in the amount of $9.5 million.

18. Wiring Diagrams, $8.7 million.

19. Aluminum products worth $8.6 million.

20. Marble, $8.2 million

21. Carpets and rugs for $6.64 million.

22. Fertilizers, $4.42 million

23. Black honey, $4.3 million

24 flour, $4.1 million

25 Gold jewelry, $2.51 million

26- Peanuts with $2.3 million

27 oil for 2. million dollars

28. Cappuccino, $1.2 million

Foreign trade is one of the main elements of economic development.
