Moscow, March 5 – Gas shipments from the UK to Europe via one of the most important pipelines, the Interconnector, have been suspended due to equipment failure, as expected through March 8, according to a Bloomberg report, citing the operator.
“Exports via a major pipeline carrying natural gas to Europe from the United Kingdom via Belgium have been halted due to equipment failure,” the agency said in a statement, citing a notice on the operator’s website.
According to preliminary estimates, deliveries have been suspended until March 8.
