The commander of the Internal Security Forces of the province of Sistan and Balochistan in southeastern Iran said he had found evidence of the perpetrators of the murder of the head of the investigative police of the city of Saravan, Major Ali Reza Shahrqi and his wife. .
Brigadier General Dost Ali Jalilyan said yesterday, Sunday: “In the light of ongoing specialized and field investigations, data have been received on the persons who committed the murder of the martyr Shahrqa and his wife, who will be arrested in the near future.”
He added: “This crime showed that we are on the right track and are determined to serve the people. The people of this province deserve the best service.”
The brigadier general explained: “These martyrs are the heralds of security and stability, and the inhuman act committed by the enemies, by my blindness of insight, by killing the martyr Shahrqa and his wife, will not go unanswered.”
He concluded by saying: “The necessary procedures are currently being carried out to apprehend the perpetrators of this crime and, God willing, these perpetrators will be punished for their actions.”
