Yehia Zakaria, chairman of holding company EgyptAir, said the company has contracted with a major Egyptian chilled meat supply company to transport a series of chilled meat shipments totaling 55 tonnes per shipment aboard an A330 aircraft. 200 aircraft from the Chadian capital N’Djamena to Cairo.

For his part, pilot Jasser Hussain, president of EgyptAir Cargo, said: “The first shipment has arrived at the cargo complex at Cairo Airport and all parties concerned have been agreed and the necessary refrigerants have been provided to ensure the safe delivery of the cargo. the end of the holy month of Ramadan, only about 600 thousand tons.

The first shipments of chilled meat slaughtered in accordance with Islamic laws arrived from the country of Chad at Cairo International Airport as part of a cooperation between the Hama Al Watan party and the State Ministry of Agricultural Production and Reformation in the state of Chad.
