Anderson Talisca Excluded from Brazil’s Squad for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers
Brazilian player Anderson Talisca, who plays for Al Nasr Club, will not be part of his country’s squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against Venezuela and Uruguay in October.
Talisca recently scored two goals in Al Nasr Club’s victory over Al Ahly in the Saudi Roshan Pro League. However, despite his performance, he has been left out of the national team’s roster.
Talisca’s Reaction to Exclusion
In response to his exclusion, Talisca sarcastically commented that he didn’t feel like a Brazilian player.
Meanwhile, Neymar da Silva, a player for Al Hilal Club and the all-time leading scorer for the Brazilian national team, has been included in the squad.
