And he added about the Europa League draw: “I don’t care, I’m focused on the match against Newcastle United. We have to be well prepared to win the championship.”

Of Anthony and Garnacho, he said, “That was our plan. Expand the width of the field, and take advantage of their speed, and run behind the defense, and dribbling as well. They are both very brave and fearless.”

And he continued: “We have wonderful personalities in the team, such as Varan and Lisandro Martinez. As I said, Anthony and Garnacho are not afraid of anyone. Bruno too, Casemiro too. Even when it’s hard for them, they don’t give up.”

Asked if his biggest win with Manchester United was, he replied: “Yes, I think so.”

And about Anthony, he added: “I know he can do it. He is brave and not afraid of anything. What he did in the second half is what we need: his speed, his dribbling and, of course, his goal. He brings a lot to this team.”
