Al-Nasr Al-Saudi announces Garcia’s departure in an urgent statement

Saudi Al-Nasr Football Club announced today, Thursday evening, the termination of the contract of French coach Rudy Garcia, coach of the Al-Alamy team.

Al-Nasr Club stated on its official Twitter account: “Al-Nasr Club management has officially decided to terminate the contractual relationship with first team coach Rudy Garcia, appreciating all the efforts he has made for Al-Nasr” and wishing him success.

Garcia’s sacking came amid a goalless draw against Al Fayhaa in the last round of the Saudi Professional League Roshen, three points behind league leaders Ittihad Jeddah.

Garcia, 59, has managed Al-Nasr in 26 matches in various competitions, in which he has won 18 matches, compared to 5 draws and 3 losses.

Al Nasr are second in the league with 53 points, three points behind leaders Al Ittihad.
