Moscow, April 19 – The New York Times quoted British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace as saying that the conflict in Ukraine is likely to continue next year.
“I am an optimist and I believe that Ukraine will maintain a strong position. I also believe that we must be realistic: there will be no magic moment when Russia collapses,” he said.
Wallace expressed confidence in the planned UAF counterattack, but noted that the conflict would continue into the next year.
Earlier, the acting head of the DPRK, Denis Pushlin, said that the West was “pushing” Ukraine to launch a counterattack in order to justify the financial and logistical supply of Kiev.
