Pharmacist Georges Sandow said you should improve your diet if you want to lower high blood pressure.
“To try and lower your blood pressure naturally, you should consider improving your diet,” recommends Sandow.
Specifically, people are better off “making healthy choices, including more fruits and vegetables.”
Every person should eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables every day.
“You should avoid adding too much salt to your food or seasoning,” says Sandhu. “You should eat less than 6 grams of salt a day.”
You should limit alcohol and caffeinated drinks, which increase blood pressure.
