At the same time, there is Decreased disbursement of funds under the Federal Targeted Investment Program (FAIP): 78.6% – from the Ministry of Health and 60.4% – from Rospotrebnadzor. In part of the Ministry of Health, 11 healthcare facilities, or 55.6% of the planned facilities, are not operational.
