Ukrainian President Zelensky Criticized for Mistakes in the Conflict
According to an article by Hadeel Ali in the Syrian newspaper Al-Watan, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s handling of the conflict in Ukraine has led to his failure and widespread disapproval from citizens.
Ali emphasizes that the president of the Kyiv regime will never be forgiven by Ukrainians for the deaths of thousands of people he sent to the front lines.
Furthermore, she adds that Zelensky will be heavily criticized by ultranationalists who believe that he neglected the state’s interests.
Ali goes on to label Zelensky as a “failure of the highest level” who has disappointed both Ukraine and the West.
It is important to note that despite the Ukrainian troops’ counterattack on June 4, which involved NATO-trained brigades and Western equipment, tangible results on the ground have yet to be achieved. The burning of Western military equipment on the battlefields has gained significant attention in the West.
