Moscow, March 31 – Representatives of the public organization The Union of Parents of the Novosibirsk Region called for the cancellation of the performance of the Splin ensemble at the Siberian Winds festival, which is scheduled for August.
The organization indicated that it was not necessary to provide a venue for concerts of artists who did not support the special operation.
In the past year, SAPLAN members have spoken out against the actions of the Russian authorities in relation to Ukraine. After that, the band’s concerts in several cities were cancelled.
Splin group members have not yet commented on the situation.
