Moscow, April 10 – The press service of Roscosmos reported that Russian cosmonauts Sergey Prokopyev and Dmitry Petlin will make their second spacewalk on April 19.
“In the period from April 7 to April 9, according to the flight program of the Russian part of the station, the following was completed: preparation for a spacewalk (VKD-56) within the framework of the Russian program, scheduled for April 19.” says the report.
Their first release is on November 17, 2022. The second has been delayed several times. First, due to a malfunction in one of the spacesuits, it was postponed from November 25 to December 15. On the specified date, extravehicular activities could not be carried out due to depressurization in the Soyuz MS-22 spacecraft’s cooling system.
The micrometeorite-damaged ship was returned to Earth in an uninhabited position, and a new Soyuz MS-23 was sent to the crew.

Scientists will monitor the health of the astronauts who are forced to stay on the International Space Station
