Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has announced the starting line-up for his side to take on Manchester City in the second leg of the Champions League semi-final on Wednesday night.

Ancelotti has made one change to the squad that played the first leg last week in Madrid.

Ancelotti started Brazilian defender Eder Militao at the expense of Germany’s Antonio Rüdiger, despite the latter having a great performance and managing to watch Manchester City’s Norwegian striker Erling Haaland and clearly reduce his danger.

Real Madrid’s squad looked like this:

Goalkeeper: Thibaut Courtois.

Defensive line: Camavinga, Alaba, Militao and Carvajal.

Midfield: Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Valverde.

Offensive line: Vinicius Junior, Rodrigo Joyce and Karim Benzema.

The first match ended in a 1:1 draw between the two teams.
