Washington, March 1 – US Secretary of the Army Christine Wermot has suggested that the conflict in Ukraine will “self-resolve” in a year or two, acknowledging that it has dragged on longer than expected.
The day before, US Deputy Secretary of Defense Colin Kahl admitted that the course of the conflict, which has been going on for the second year, is unpredictable and could end “in six months, or maybe in two or three years.”
