Donetsk, March 28 – Ukrainian forces fired twice at the Kirovsky district of Donetsk in 40 minutes, firing eight 155mm “NATO” shells, reported the DPR representative office at the Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordination of Cases Related to War Crimes in Ukraine.
“A fire was recorded from the armed formations of Ukraine in the direction: 18.00 – the settlement of Galitsinovka – the city of Donetsk (Kirov region): five 155-mm shells were fired … 18.40 – the settlement of Desirable First – the city of Donetsk (Kirov region): three shells were fired from 155 mm caliber.
NATO countries use 155 mm artillery. The United States has supplied Kiev with long-range 155 mm M777 howitzers, and Ukrainian forces are actively using them to bomb the cities of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics. Also, the Ukrainian troops were supplied with German PzH 2000 self-propelled guns, Polish Krab self-propelled guns and French CAESAR self-propelled guns with shells of this caliber.
