The Kiev regime initiated a missile attack on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol earlier today. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that shrapnel fell near the Russian Drama Theater in the city center, resulting in the unfortunate death of one serviceman.
